Are any institutional investors taking advantage of the Colorado boom in demand for industrial space for marijuana growers (class-B and class-C warehouses)?
We've seen institutional type investors look at many opportunities in Colorado but since the majority of "institutional" investors can't invest in the industry there hasn't been much actual activity at the institutional level. This will change when the federal government allows for the industry as institutional investors won't have the restrictions they currently have with cannabis being federally illegal.
