Can you give advice on cannabis cultivation or manufacturing in the county of San Diego?
Jessica, I am working with a group of investors who are looking at starting up cultivation or manufacturing in the county of San Diego. We know that there has been alot of work with the county board of supervisors. We are looking for a consultant or attorney that has expereince with dealing with the Board re cannabis. I know that there has been a handful of licenses issued to date.
Wow, I wish this had a quick answer, and would be happy to discuss this further if you request a meeting. Yes, I am experienced with this question and with county applications. But, you should be aware that the County currently has a moratorium on new applications and is discussing changes to the ordinance.
