The highest concentration of warehouses are in the Denver area (Denver, Commerce City and Aurora) with limited warehouses in the outlying areas. Pueblo is predominatly greenhouse and outdoor cultivation. To answer your question directly, there might be half dozen facilities of 30,000 sf and larger that are available for cultivation/extraction on any given day. Some may be built-out and offered "turn-key", where others may be in core/shell.
