Biography

Matthew A. Ellis is the owner of ExtractionTek Solutions (ETS), of Denver, Colorado. ETS was founded in 2011, and has quickly become the industry leader in hydrocarbon extraction systems.

In 2008, Matthew became fascinated with cannabis extractions, and took it upon himself to learn everything he could on the subject. Soon after, Matthew co-founded Organa Labs, Colorado’s first licensed Manufacturer of Infused Products to develop cannabis products using an Eden Labs CO2 extraction system. With Organa Labs, Matthew dedicated himself to CO2 extraction and its relationship to the cannabis plant. Focusing his increasing love for extraction techniques, he began training others in the use of Eden Labs CO2 extractors. Matthew worked closely with Eden Labs to help create new and innovative ways to use CO2 as an extraction solvent, which has since given birth to the new High Flow System from Eden Labs.

Eager for a new challenge, Matthew turned his focus to hydrocarbon extraction. Seeing the lack of safe and reliable equipment, he teamed up with Marcus Fauth to create ExtractionTek Solutions. This partnership yielded great results- Colorado’s premier manufacturer of professional-grade, ETL listed closed loop hydrocarbon extraction systems.
