Cannabis is federally illegal so if you're planning on exporting from one state to another or to another country, it's illegal by any law (state and federal). If you are considering exporting internationally, then you need to look at Canada. Otherwise, exporting doesn't exist legally. Hope this helps.
I guess it depends on exactly what is being acquired. I read it that they're considering exporting cannabis extract, but perhaps they're asking about acquiring an extraction company or equipment.
At any given time, how many 30,000-square-foot warehouse facilities eligible for cannabis growing are on the market in Colorado?
Can you give an esimate for how many 30,000-square-foot warehouse facilities eligible for growing cannabis indoors are on the market (for purchase) in Colorado at any given time? Do they stay on the market very long?
The Colorado market is generally centerd in the Denver metro area and Pueblo, Colorado. The highest concentration of warehouses are in the Denver area (Denver, Commerce City and Aurora) with limited warehouses in the outlying areas. Pueblo is predominatly greenhouse and outdoor cultivation. To answer your question directly, there might be half dozen facilities of 30,000 sf and larger that are available for cultivation/extraction on any given day. Some may be built-out and offered "turn-key", where others may be in core/shell.
It's across the board. Most are operators but real estate investors are very prevalant.
